These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of artnestindia.com and any prepaid order you place with ArtNest. By browsing the site or paying at checkout you agree to these Terms, the Privacy policy, Shipping policy, and Cancellation & Returns policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
1. Who we are
ArtNest is a Pune workshop and online shop selling silicone moulds, concrete casting powder, kits, and craft supplies to makers in India. We trade as ArtNest / ArtNest India. Company identification numbers (CIN) and GSTIN are stated on the tax invoice when they exist; the invoice currently records that GST registration is pending. We do not invent or display a GSTIN or CIN that we do not hold.

2. Eligibility and the contract
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of contracting under Indian law. You confirm that the name, mobile number, email, and address you give are yours (or that you are authorised to use them) and that we may use them to fulfil the order, send OTP, and contact you about the order.
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when our payment partner confirms prepaid payment and, where we ask for it, when you complete mobile OTP verification. We may decline or cancel an order as set out in the Cancellation & Returns policy (for example, if stock is unavailable or the pincode is not serviceable).
3. Prepaid payment only
All sales are prepaid. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. There is no cash on delivery, including on request. Until payment succeeds, we have no obligation to pack or reserve stock beyond what the checkout page states.
Prices on the site are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Courier is quoted separately for your pincode and is not hidden in the product price. Coupons, gift cards, and platform fees apply only as displayed at checkout.
4. Goods — handmade and imported catalogue items
Listings describe the goods we intend to send. Photographs are of real stock or representative catalogue pieces. Handmade moulds and workshop goods can vary slightly in colour, edge, or finish. Imported catalogue goods are sold as described; we are not the original manufacturer of every SKU.
Price-on-request items are quoted on WhatsApp and are not sold through prepaid checkout until a price is agreed. Those quotes, once prepaid, follow these Terms.
You are responsible for choosing goods that suit your project (food-contact, skin-contact, or outdoor use is only as the listing states — do not assume a craft mould is food-safe unless the product page says so).
5. Delivery and pickup
Courier is booked with Shiprocket from Pune after payment clears. Weekend shop pickup in Pune is available when offered at checkout. Dispatch targets and transit times are estimates. See Shipping.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave, or on collection from the shop. Title passes on delivery or collection after prepaid payment has been received.
6. Cancellation, replacement, and refunds
The Cancellation & Returns policy is the complete rule for this shop: ticket within 24 hours of delivery; replacement only if the product is wrong or damaged; no returns for change of mind or used moulds; prepaid refund if we cannot replace. That policy prevails over any informal chat that suggests a wider return right.
7. Your account and acceptable use
Login and some order confirmations use a WhatsApp (or email) one-time password. Keep OTP and device access to yourself. You must not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms the service, post unlawful reviews, or use our content to pass the shop off as your own.
Product images, copy, and the ArtNest name and mark belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the catalogue for a competing storefront.
8. Reviews and Meanits
Reviews must be about goods you bought. Meanits is an on-site assistant that answers from shop data; it is not a human and cannot vary these Terms. For a binding ticket, use WhatsApp, email, or the order page as described in Cancellation & Returns.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law, ArtNest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of a hobby project, or loss caused by your use of the goods contrary to the listing. Our aggregate liability for a prepaid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit (including proven deficiency or unfair trade practice as those terms are used in the Act).
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where Indian law does not allow that exclusion.
10. Privacy and security
Personal data is handled under our Privacy policy. Payments and OTP are described under Security.
11. Changes and law
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version in force when you pay applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission, courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These pages, the checkout form, and the invoice are the contract for an online order. A WhatsApp message does not change these Terms unless we confirm a specific variation for that order in writing.
