Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. ArtNest is prepaid only — UPI, card or net banking through our payment partner. Shipping is charged separately at checkout.
Why is shipping separate from the product price?
Pan India courier rates vary by pincode and weight. We quote the actual Shiprocket rate at checkout instead of padding every product price.
Some items say “price on request” — why?
Mostly kits and custom bundles where the right mould and powder quantity depends on your project. Tap through to WhatsApp and we will quote before you pay.
Dispatch & delivery
How fast do you ship?
Orders confirmed Monday to Saturday are packed within 48 hours. Courier transit time depends on your pincode — check the estimate on any product page before you buy.
Can I pick up from Pune?
Weekend shop pickup may be available for select orders. If pickup is on for your cart, you will see it at checkout. Otherwise we ship from Pune.
Products
Are your moulds food-safe?
Only if the product page says so. Most silicone moulds here are for decorative casting — not for direct food contact unless we have stated it.
Which powder do I need?
It depends on the piece size and finish you want. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo — or ask Meanits in the chat bubble — and we will point you to the right powder and quantity.
Returns & problems
Can I return if I change my mind?
No. We replace only wrong or damaged items, and you must raise a ticket within 24 hours of delivery. Full rules are on Cancellation & Returns.
Something arrived broken — what now?
WhatsApp us photos from the number on the order within 24 hours of delivery, or use the return link on your order page. Do not use a damaged mould — we need the photos first.

How do I log in?
WhatsApp OTP to the mobile on your order, or email/password if you set one. No password needed to browse or checkout as a guest.
