This Shipping policy applies to prepaid orders sold on artnestindia.com by PRIYANKA AKSHAY DHOTE (trading as ArtNest / ArtNest India). Courier is booked with Shiprocket from our Pune dispatch point. Weekend shop pickup in Pune is offered when it is shown at checkout. There is no cash on delivery.
1. Prepaid, pan-India
We ship across India to pincodes that Shiprocket (and the courier assigned to your order) can serve. Shipping is charged separately at checkout — it is not buried in the product price. You pay online via PayU (UPI, card, or net banking) before we pack. We do not offer COD, including on request or for pickup.
Shipping prices come directly from Shiprocket for your pincode and the packed weight and dimensions of your basket. Where multiple distinct couriers are available, checkout shows Cheapest, Balanced, and Fastest, clearly marks the recommended option, and displays the courier, price, and estimated delivery time before payment. Pune weekend pickup remains free.
Check pincode serviceability on the product page or at checkout. If a pincode is not serviceable, we cannot promise courier; you may use shop pickup if you can collect in Pune, or do not place the order.
2. Dispatch from Pune
Typical dispatch is within Dispatch in 2 working days, Monday to Saturday. Sunday orders wait until Monday. That clock starts after prepaid payment is confirmed and, where we ask for it, after OTP verification.
Pan India shipping charged separately at checkout
We book a prepaid Shiprocket shipment after payment clears. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp and email once the parcel is handed to the courier. You can also open My orders and the tracking link on your confirmation.
3. Delivery times are estimates
Checkout may show a cheapest, fastest, or balanced courier and an estimated delivery date or number of days. Those figures come from the courier via Shiprocket. They are estimates, not guarantees. Transit depends on the courier you (or we) select, weather, festivals, remote pincodes, and customs-style checks that a domestic courier may still apply to the route.
A late delivery is not, by itself, a ground for return or a full refund. If a parcel is stuck, raise a ticket on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will chase the AWB. Wrong or damaged goods are handled only under Cancellation & Returns (ticket within 24 hours of delivery).
4. What we need from you
- A deliverable 6-digit Indian pincode, if you want courier.
- A complete address with landmark where the courier can find you.
- A working mobile number — OTP, tracking, and delivery calls go there.
- Someone available to receive the parcel. Failed deliveries may be returned to Pune; reshipping may be charged.
Title and risk pass as stated in the Terms of Use. Please photograph a damaged carton before you discard it.
5. Shop pickup (Pune)
You can collect from our Pune shop on Saturday & Sunday instead of paying courier. Pickup is free. Choose Shop pickup at checkout, pay prepaid online, and we will confirm your slot.

Bring the order reference and the mobile number used at checkout. Inspect the goods before you leave. After you leave, change of mind is not accepted; a packing error or damage found later follows the 24-hour rule in Cancellation & Returns.
6. Charges and failed delivery
Courier serviceability, price, and delivery time are quoted for your pincode based on the combined weight of items in your cart (and box size where relevant). The amount shown is the live Shiprocket rate for the courier option you select. If you change the address after we have booked an AWB, we may need a new quote. If the parcel comes back to Pune because of a wrong address, refused delivery, or repeated failed attempts, contact us before we decide whether to reship (at your cost) or refund the product amount net of the spent courier.
